Quick balancing and makes my bench grinder smooth and super quiet contacted oneway and they are really friendly and helpful on a side note i have a delta 8 bench grinder and the instructions tell you to use the left hub assembly on the right side with the bolts facing in however this would be wrong for my delta 8 bench grinder
